We create and ship custom orders from two locations: Australia and Japan. The shipping method, cost, and delivery time vary depending on where each product is produced. If your order includes items from both locations, the items will be shipped separately. You can confirm the origin on each product page. The final shipping cost for your entire order is calculated and shown at checkout.
Products Shipped from Australia
Items are printed and dispatched from our Australian facility. This range mainly includes cotton garments (e.g., T-shirts, hoodies) printed using DTG (Direct-to-Garment).

Products Shipped from Japan (International)
Items using special materials (e.g., polyester, nylon) or advanced DTF printing are produced at our Japanese factory and shipped internationally to Australia.
The final package size and rate depend on the total quantity per item. Enter quantities on the product page to see the applicable cost.
