Your total price consists of two components:
1. Basic Price
2. Additional Fee
The more you order, the lower the unit price becomes.
As long as the product, design and customisation method are the same, you can choose multiple garment colours at no extra charge.
You’ll find a detailed price chart for each product on its product page.

The **Basic Price** includes:
- The product itself
- The printing fee for one (1) customisation area
- Our design support service

Additional Fee
An "Additional Fee" is charged for "each extra customisation area" beyond the first.

Here are some "free of charge" options to customise your product and give it a professional look:

Adjust the printing size for each size of the product

Q. What is included in the "Basic Price"? Are there any hidden costs?
A. The Basic Price includes:
- The product itself
- The printing fee for the "first" customisation area
- Our unlimited design support service
Unless you add options such as a second print location or Name & Number personalisation,
there are no additional charges beyond the Basic Price.
(Shipping and GST are calculated separately at checkout.)
Q. What exactly is a "Customisation area"?
A. customisation area is a location where printing is applied, such as:
- Front
- Back
- Right sleeve
- Left sleeve
For example, if you print on the "front" and "back" of a T-shirt, that counts as "two" customisation areas.
The first area (e.g. Front) is included in the Basic Price,
and an "Additional Fee" is charged per item from the second area (e.g. Back) onwards.
Q. If I order 10 T-shirts and 10 hoodies, will the price tier for "20 pieces" apply?
A. No. The price tier is calculated "per product type" with the same design.
In this case:
- 10 × T-shirts → the “10-piece” price tier for that T-shirt
- 10 × Hoodies → the “10-piece” price tier for that hoodie
The quantities are not combined across different products.
Q. Is GST (Goods and Services Tax) included in the displayed price?
A. No.
All prices shown on our website are "exclusive of GST".
GST will be added to your total at checkout.
Q. I want to put names and numbers on the back of T-shirts. How will the fee be calculated?
A. The total fee "per item" will be:
> Basic Price (T-shirt + first print location, e.g. Front)
> + Additional Fee (for using an extra print area, e.g. Back)
> + Name & Number Fee (for the individual personalisation)
The Name & Number Fee is a "separate" charge on top of the fee for the print locations.
Q. What does "a new order is required for the 3rd print colour change" mean?
A. This means you can have up to two ink colour variations for a single design within one order. For example, ordering "black ink on white tees" and "white ink on black tees" is fine. If you wanted to add a third variation, such as "yellow ink on red tees," you would need to enter this as a new, separate order.
