Important notes: Submitting the Design Submission Format

• We will customise your products exactly according to the data you submit.
• Supported version: CC
• All text must be outlined.
• Stroke weight must be 2 pt or more. (Thinner strokes may not print clearly.)
• For shipments from Japan: please submit your design in CMYK colour mode only.
• For shipments from Australia: please submit your design in RGB colour mode only.
• Depending on the product size, your design may be resized automatically to fit appropriately. If you require precise sizing, we recommend preparing separate design files adjusted for each garment size. We will always contact you before any production or processing begins if adjustments are needed.
• Please convert all placed images to EPS format before inserting them, and send all linked image files together with your artwork.
• Rename the file to include your name before submitting
  (e.g. `yourname_design1.ai`).
• The file format must be .ai.
• If you are sending multiple files, please compress them into a .zip or .lha file where possible.

If your design contains very fine details (e.g. lines thinner than 2 pt), please contact us in advance.

Important notes: Preparing the artwork

• If your design uses free materials downloaded from the internet, please carefully read the terms of use to ensure you are not violating any conditions.
• We cannot accept designs that may infringe copyright or trademark rights, such as corporate logos, brand logos, anime characters, CD or magazine photos, etc., even if they are redrawn or modified.
• We will not be held responsible if the submitted design infringes copyright, product registration or any other third-party rights arising from your use of such materials.

How to submit your design

Upload the file from the order page

1. On the product page, click “Proceed to Order”.
2. Select your sizes and colours, and enter all required order details.
3. Just before adding items to your cart, you will see a section asking how you would like to submit your design.
4. Select “Upload the file” and upload your completed Design Submission Format (.ai) file.

• If you are sending multiple files, please compress them into a .zip or .lha file if possible.
• The maximum file size for uploads is 256 MB.

Fill in all required details, including your shipping address, and complete payment.
Once your order has been successfully submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Send by email

1. On the product page, click “Proceed to Order”.
2. Select your sizes and colours, and enter all required order details.
3. Just before adding items to your cart, choose “Submit it via other methods”, then select the “Send by email” option.
4. Fill in all required details, including your shipping address, and complete payment.

Once your order has been successfully submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email.
You must then send your design file to the email address below within 24 hours.
*If we do not receive your data within 24 hours of your order, your dispatch date may be delayed.
*If you are using the next-day dispatch option, please send your data as soon as possible.
