Normally, the unit price is higher for very small orders.
With our reorder service, if your order meets the conditions below, we honour the same unit price as your previous order.
(excluding any changes to GST, shipping fees or promotions).
Example: If you need one or two extra T-shirts for new team members after your first delivery, you can reorder just those items at the same unit price as your original order.

When new members join your team or community, you often only need a few extra uniforms or team T-shirts. Reordering with us means you keep the same design and the same unit price as before, without having to redo your order from scratch.

If your merch or event items are selling well and you need more stock quickly, you can reorder under the same conditions as your previous order. No need to re-upload your design or re-enter all your details.
HOW TO REORDER
1. Have your previous order number ready.
You’ll find it in the confirmation email from your original order.
2. Click “Start Reordering”.
This will take you to the reorder page.
3. Select “Exactly same product”.
Choose the design you want from your order history, adjust your quantities, and complete checkout.

Q. Can I reorder if I don't have my previous order number?
A. Yes, that's no problem. We can usually find your past order if you provide information that can identify you, such as:
- Your name
- The email address or phone number used for the previous order
- Your team or organisation name

Q. Is there a minimum quantity for reorders? Can I order just one item?
A. Yes, you can reorder from just one piece. This is perfect for when only one new member joins your team. The exact price will be calculated automatically on the order page once you select the product and quantity.
Q. I placed my order a long time ago. Do you still have my design data?
A. We keep customer design data on file for a long period, and in most cases we can retrieve your past design. In the unlikely event that we cannot find your data, our team will contact you. If you’re concerned, you’re very welcome to check with us before placing a reorder.
Q. Is the price cheaper for a reorder?
A. If your reorder is for the exact same product, design, processing method and print location, the unit price will be the same as your previous order.
Q. Can I make small changes to my design when reordering?
A. Our reorder service is for items with exactly the same design as your previous order. If you wish to make any changes to the design, even small ones, please place it as a new order instead of a reorder.
Q. Is there a shipping fee on reorders?
A. Yes, shipping fees apply to reorders as well. For specific costs and shipping methods, please refer to our "Shipping" page.
