When you place your order, simply upload your hand-drawn sketch or memo. If your sketch is on paper, just take a photo with your smartphone and upload it — it doesn’t have to be perfect. Don’t worry if the lines are rough or the drawing isn’t detailed. If it’s easier to describe your idea in text, that’s absolutely fine too. Please include as many requests and details as you can when placing your order.

Design Proposal & Modification
Our designers will create a print-ready design based on your order.
You can:
- Specify fonts and colours
- Tell us the text you want included
- Request particular motifs or layout ideas
You can request changes as many times as you like until you’re completely satisfied with the design. -
Final Design Confirmation & Production

Is the design support really free?
Yes, it’s 100% free with your order. There are no extra charges for our professional designers to turn your hand-drawn sketch or rough idea into a print-ready design. Revisions are also free, no matter how many times you need them, until you’re completely satisfied.
Why do I need to place my order before I see the design?
We offer free design support with unlimited revisions to all our customers. To maintain this high-quality service, we provide it exclusively to customers who have placed an order. Please rest assured: we only start production after you’re completely happy with the design and have given your final approval.
How long does it take to receive the first design proof after ordering?
Typically, we will email you the first design proof within 1-2 business days after your order and payment are complete. During peak seasons, it may take a little longer.
How should I send my hand-drawn sketch?
A photo from your smartphone is perfectly fine. Simply upload it on the order page using the upload function. Scanned image files are also welcome.
My logo file is small and low-quality. Can you fix it?
Yes, we can help. We can recreate a clean, print-ready file from a low-resolution image (such as a JPEG), free of charge. You can feel confident ordering even if you only have an old or low-quality version of your company or team logo.
