Who We Are
We're T-shirt Printing Lab, the Australian arm of Forcus - a leading Japanese custom apparel company whose name comes from "for the customer".
Since 2009, Forcus has produced more than three million custom items every year for schools, clubs, businesses and communities across Japan. On 1 September 2025, we began our global journey, taking our first step here in Australia.
We chose Australia for its stable economy, rich diversity and close connection to Japan - not only in time zone, but also in its spirit of community. It's the ideal place for us to support teams and organisations with high-quality custom printing.
In Japan, Forcus manages every stage in-house, from consultation and design through production of custom clothing, bags, caps, towels and more. The same all-in-one approach underpins T-shirt Printing Lab in Australia.
You don't need design skills to work with us. If you have an idea - even just a rough sketch or a few words on paper - our professional designers will turn it into polished, print-ready artwork. Our service is made not only for professional designers, but for anyone who wants to create something special for their team, event or brand.
How We Work
We see our role as more than simply delivering products. We act as a creative partner, helping bring your ideas to life and supporting the moments that matter: big games, milestone events, school memories and gatherings with friends.
Rather than simply importing a "Japanese way" of doing things, we're committed to developing our services in a way that respects and reflects local Australian culture and values. Together with our customers, we aim to build a service that grows and evolves with the communities we serve.
To do this, we work closely with our Australian production partner, QTCo, a long-standing expert in the local custom clothing industry. Their on-the-ground experience, combined with our design and production capabilities, makes for a partnership that delivers reliable quality, fair pricing and responsive support.
