Eligibility to use this tool is limited to customers who use this website. This tool may not be used for any purpose other than creating original goods.

RIGHTS

If any unauthorized use of, or access to, the tool for purposes other than those intended is discovered, access may be suspended or restricted. In addition, if we discover that a person in the same industry who produces original goods is accessing or using the site, we may restrict access.

NOTES ON USE

In addition to what is set forth in our Terms of Use, you are prohibited from using AI Products for the following purposes:

• 1. Misleading people into thinking that content generated by the tool was created by a human.
• 2. Producing nudity or shocking content, including obscene gestures or other profane content.
• 3. Generating content that insults religions or third parties, or generating violent content.
• 4. Generating content depicting a notable person or character.
• 5. Generating or distributing information used for the administration of justice or other legal purposes.

USAGE RESTRICTIONS

For all Users, the number of images generated per day is limited to a maximum of 10. We reserve the right to change this number without prior notice.
