1. About these Terms

These Terms govern (a) your use of our website and (b) any purchase of customised apparel and related services. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If there is any inconsistency, the ACL prevails.

2. Orders, Artwork & Proofs

2.1 Custom work. Orders are produced from the files and specifications you provide.
2.2 Approvals. We will provide a digital proof (or written spec) for approval. Production starts only after your written "OK to print".
2.3 Your warranties. You warrant your own or are licenced to use all artwork and that our use will not infringe third-party rights. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to reproduce your artwork solely to fulfil your order.
2.4 Tolerances. Minor variations in colour (including Pantone conversions), placement(±1cm), and garment shades may occur and are not defects.
2.5 Changes & cancellations. Changes after approval may not be possible. For custom goods, change-of-mind cancellations are generally not accepted. This does not affect consumer guarantees for faulty or misdescribed goods.
2.6 Artwork & Content Policy. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the lawful use of all content submitted.

Forbidden content includes (without limitation)
- Copyrighted material submitted without permission
- Offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory designs
- Blank uploads intended for plain garments
- Designs promoting violence, hate, or adult content
Violations may result in cancellation, account suspension, and liability for legal or administrative costs.

3. Pricing, Currency & Taxes (ex GST)

3.1 GST-exclusive pricing. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all displayed prices are exclusive of GST (ex GST). GST, if applicable, will be calculated and shown as a separate line at checkout, together with any optional charges. We do not drip-price unavoidable fees. The final total payable (single price) including GST will be clearly displayed before you pay.
3.2 Shipping. Delivery charges are shown separately and added at checkout (they are optional charges and need not be included in the single price until selected).
3.3 Quotes & invoices. Quotes state amounts ex GST and will also indicate the GST amout and the total including GST. Tax invoices will show our ABN and GST where applicable.
3.4 Currency. All amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment

Payment is due at checkout unless we agree otherwise. If we surcharge for a specific payment method, we will disclose it upfront and it will not exceed our reasonable cost of acceptance.

5. Production & Dispatch

5.1 Lead times. Indicative production windows are shown on product pages; actual dispatch depends on prompt proof approval and payment clearance.
5.2 Split shipments. We may ship items separately to meet your deadline.
5.3 Risk & title. Title passes on full payment; risk passes on delivery.

7. Consumer Guarantees, Returns & Remedies

7.1 Your rights. If a product fails to meet consumer guarantees (e.g., not of acceptable quality, not as described), you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the failure.
Major failures entitle you to choose a refund or replacement; minor failures entitle us to remedy within a reasonable time.
7.2 How to claim. Contact us within a reasonable time with order details and photos. We may request return of the faulty goods (at our cost) for assessment.
7.3 Exclusions. Claims do not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, or variations falling within stated tolerances.
7.4 Change of mind. As products are custom-made, we do not offer returns for change of mind unless required by law. This does not limit your ACL rights.

8. Reviews & Endorsements

We welcome genuine reviews. We do not publish fake, paid, or cherry-picked reviews without disclosure. If incentives are offered, they apply equally to positive and negative reviews and will be disclosed. We moderate for authenticity and relevance.

9. Intellectual Property (ours)

Website content, templates and product photography are our intellectual property. You must not copy them without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to remedies under the ACL and any express warranties we provide. We do not exclude liablity for personal injury, death, or major failures under the ACL.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state of Queensland, and the courts of that state have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
