For Orders with Printed Products

1. After Order Placement (Before Final Design Approval)

Changes to Garment Size or Color Breakdown
After your order is placed, garments are promptly shipped from our inventory warehouse to the production facility.
If you request changes to the size or color breakdown at this stage, you will be responsible for the actual shipping and handling costs incurred due to returns or replacements.

Design Changes (Switching to a Completely Different Design)
If you wish to change your design entirely from the one originally submitted at the time of order, a design change fee $10 (excluding tax) per print location may apply.

Order Cancellation
If you cancel your order during the production process, we will charge you for any actual costs incurred up to that point—such as shipping or administrative fees—based on our company policy.

2. After Final Design Approval

Once the design has been finalized and approved for production, we regret that we cannot accept any further changes to the design or order details.
Please ensure that you thoroughly check all design and order information at the final confirmation stage.

Cancellations After Shipping
We do not accept cancellations due to personal reasons after the product has been shipped.
In such cases, the full amount of the order will be charged.
