Q. How long will it take to receive my custom products?

If you're in a rush, we can dispatch your order the next business day after purchase, with no express fee.
Delivery times may vary depending on order volume and peak seasons, so please contact us in advance if you have a strict deadline.

Q. How much does one custom product cost?

Each product page shows pricing that includes one print location.
If you change the quantity or add print locations, you can instantly see the updated price using the built-in estimator.
The more you order, the lower the price per item.

Q. I've already created my design. How can I send it to you?

You can share your design in any of the following ways:

- Upload it during the online order process
- Email it to us after placing your order
- Upload it directly using our simulator

We also accept hand-drawn sketches — simply take a photo with your phone or camera, and we’ll turn it into a printable design at no extra cost.

Q. Can I order multiple garment colours with the same design?

Yes, you can mix garment colours within a single order as long as the print design remains the same.
There’s no extra charge for colour variations when the design is identical.

Q. I need to order one more shirt after my original delivery — how much will it cost?

You're welcome to reorder just one additional shirt.
We'll honour the same per-item price (excluding GST) as your previous order.

Q. Can you print photos or full-colour illustrations?

Absolutely.
We can print photo-quality images, gradients and full-colour artwork with no problem.

Q. Can I order just one custom product?

Yes - you can order from just a single shirt.
Even for one-off or very small orders, our design support is completely free.
If you're in a hurry, we can dispatch your order as early as the next business day.
